About Caledonian Labradoodles
We are a small family breeder, besotted with labradoodles. As breeders we only breed with other health tested labradoodles. Our pups are all home reared, and from the moment they are born, they are all cherished in our home environment are are brought up in a family atmosphere, with lots of teenagers to boot, and are used to all the everyday household noises. Pups are more or less toilet trained to paper when they leave for their new homes. We do put them out to "toilet" in the garden at every possible opportunity, if the weather permits and most of them will be very quick to train outside if you continue where we have left off. We treasure the time with both Flynn and Indy, they are both wonderful companions, great with the children, although both my children are now young teenagers!...and just so much fun to have around, never a dull moment with a doodle. My own curiosity grew for these animals as I have myself a reaction to all dogs, never being able to own a dog until we got out first doodle Flynn......my love for labradoodles, I hope is evident throughout the site.

INDY
We want all our pups to go to good homes, the best homes, so we have
to be very particular when someone wishes a pup. Labradoodles
are very active, so having a garden would be ideal, they love to run
around and have fun. Being part of a family and having 100%
commitment is an essential part of our owners to have. We also
pride ourselves in having a strong bond with all our families and
love updates and lots of photos when they leave for their own new
world. We do prefer our pups to go to pet homes only. We
do not early spay/neuter our pups, nor do we charge over the top
prices.

Be wary of breeders who have not got your own interest at
heart. There are many breeders out there who claim that all labradoodles are
fine for allergy sufferers, which is not the case. I cannot stress enough
that labradoodle coats are very different.....in my own personal situation
my doodles did not trigger my allergies, asthma or my eczema (the three are
usually related). It is worth the effort and I am proof that it is
achievable that you can have a dog in your life if you go about it the
correct way and do your homework carefully. Ask lots of questions. Be sure
you are satisfied with the answers. Use your natural instinct and visit the
parents/puppies as much as possible before deciding if the labradoodle is
right for you. A puppy is a very big commitment and can be challenging
at times so please think very carefully if you have the time and effort into
raising a puppy.
